It’s nearly time to start thinking about your festive plans. In 90 days the big day will be here, this is your reminder to book that event!
This week is the start for me, I booked my spot on the Wilderness Floral Design workshop in December today and I am so excited. I love hanging a wreath and decorating the house but it all starts with the front door! Last year was the first year I placed a real Christmas wreath on the door, and I must admit, there is no going back. The smell and look were divine.
I did my first workshop with Emily at the beginning of December last year, and have been eagerly waiting to book again. The studio will be decorated with fairy lights and Christmas decorations, and the space will be filled with the smell of mulled wine, hot chocolate, and mince pies. What’s not to love? Christmas is about making memories and having traditions you return to each year. This is now an annual tradition, something festive with my friend Becky. So, if you want to start a new Christmas tradition this year, there is no doubt that wreath-making is one to add to your list.
Festive Wreath Workshop with Wilderness Floral Design
In another life, I could see myself as a florist. I love having flowers in our home and placing them in arrangements. Something so soothing and joyful.
I’m not sure what I enjoyed more at last year’s event, making the wreath or picking out all the foliage and dried flowers. It was such a treat. I will admit to feeling a little overwhelmed at first, it’s one of those tasks that requires patience, not being afraid to get a little mucky, and the ability to keep trying. Especially, when you are new to it. Emily was brilliant and so patient.
And there you have it, a Festive Wreath Workshop with Wilderness Floral Design
One thing is for sure, you will leave the workshop feeling full of festive spirit, with your luxury homemade wreath ready to dress your door at home. Pure magic.
