Winter Wardrobe Edit
It seems like so long ago since I wrote a post about what I’m wearing. And so, here we are. With my Winter Wardrobe Edit. I’ve talked about George’s Winter wardrobe and then realised that I haven’t talked about mine. And I love my wardrobe at this time of year.
There are so many great styles around right now. I really do have to have some restraint, as let’s be honest how many jumpers does a girl need? As well as it being a rather expensive time of year. If only the Elves really were toy makers.
I have to admit that this year, in 2019 I have fallen back in love with Topshop. My first fashion love. Last year I was a fashion tart and very much turned my back on Topshop, favouring Zara and H&M. H&M has now become my first look and as a club member I get some great benefits. Although recently I do find myself regularly scrolling the ‘trending products’ of Topshop as seriously they never get it wrong. And even more recently Topshop has collaborated with some of my Favourite Fashion Instagrammers who are being very good at their job and influencing me! Darn it.
This time of year I fall in love with the jumper section and struggle to hold myself back. Between knitted jumper dresses, chunky knits with roll necks and hooded sweaters – H&M has Winter sorted. Topshop has my dress addiction sorted. And with two big events coming up, our Wedding Anniversary and my 40th birthday – Topshop is where I found ‘the’ dresses. I’ll add them to my Wardrobe so that like me, you can lust over them.
And so, I give you my Winter Wardrobe Edit…
Jumper dress
Chunky knit
Dress & Jumper
Cardigans
Hats
Do you have a certain style you love to wear in Winter time? With the exception of a couple of new jumpers including my new favourite jumper dress from H&M – I find myself layering my midi dresses with cosy knits and adding tights under midi skirts and wearing them with boots. And that’s my Winter Wardrobe Edit. See you in the New Year where I hope to share with you what I’ve been wearing over the festive period.
