Hey there loves, so here is this months What I wore in January post. My first fashion round up of 2019. At the beginning of last year I said I wanted to write more about fashion, share tips and write about my personal style. Well I definitely achieved that and have more passion for doing the same this year. Is there anything you’d like me to write about?
As January was my birthday month I haven’t had a no spend January like most do. Instead I have enjoyed spending birthday money and picking up a few little bits. In summary it has been a month of wearing cosy knits with the odd bare leg when the temperatures have been kind.
What new things have I picked up this month?
I couldn’t resist adding a slip dress to my wardrobe, and definitely want to add some more colours. Topshop have some great ones. Such a versatile item to have in your wardrobe. I’ve shared my top five tips for styling them if you’re struggling. I also picked up a gorgeous little T-shirt which I know I am going to get so much wear out of. And lastly I have fell in love with headbands and couldn’t resist adding one to my basket when I nipped in to Primark. Next will be hair-slides.
And as you know I love to share my outfits on Instagram and stories so do pop over there and say hello if Instagram is more your thing. I always link the clothes I wear to my Style Loves page and have a highlight saved on my main grid of my outfits.
And so join me as I share what I wore during December…
And that’s my outfits for January. I have been buying outfits for our trip to Florida but they are far too summery to share with you just yet. See you at the end of February for another Wardrobe Edit.
Oh I do love your style and these are gorgeous girl. From mini skirt to maxi you rock it beautifully. Can’t wait to see you soon you can help me with my wardrobe clear out or make some better outfits with what I already have??? PLEASE hahahaha
Aww thanks Jenny. So we’re having a little wardrobe clear out? x
You have such a talent for pulling together outfits KA. I think that Topshop slip dress is calling my name! xx
Ooh definitely go for the dress, I am after a few variations of the colour myself!
That grey jumper and pink sparkly skirt is still my favourite outfit you wear – you always look gorgeous in it. And I’m still coveting the dark green coat. I think maybe you need to start a side-line business in helping people sort through their wardrobes and finding their style. Thanks for the photo credit too!
I do love the pink sparkles. The idea of helping folk has been mentioned before x
LOVE all of it! Particularly love that checked coat of yours and all the cosy knits. Not to mention the Ooh La La tee! I also really like the colour of your nail varnish – not red and not pink. Love your style 🙂 xx
Aww thanks lovely. The check coat is definitely my favourite x
Gorgeous outfits KA, I love each and every one of them, especially your leopard print coat!
Love your cosy knits too, they always look fab on you, I always feel like they drown me.
Thank you lovely x
I absolutely love that grey jumper! It looks so cosy and warm, and perfect for a cold January day. Also you rock that hat! Wish I could carry that off but being so short it just doesn’t work on me. Great looks xx
Its definitely a favourite over here, grey just lends itself so well to different outfits. I do love hats, so glad I look ‘ok’ in them x
