Oh January, can you believe we have come to the end of the month? It’s time to summarise the first month of the year. Whether you see January as a depressing month or a fresh start I hope there have been some adventures. For our little family January was the perfect start to the new year, you were beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. Family is the word that best describes our January. Some might say it has been a long month, I would say a month we all needed, the days have felt longer and brighter (mostly) which fills me with so much excitement for the next season to arrive.
What can I tell you about our adventures in January? Quite simply it has been all about enjoying time together as a family, wrapped up in our little family bubble which we have all needed. We have enjoyed winter walks come rain or shine around Trentham Gardens and The Roaches, cosy afternoons snuggling under blankets watching movies, lazy starts and making plans for the year ahead. Booking our family holidays and weekends away. At the beginning of the month we celebrated my birthday which was a lovely surprise from my boys and the month ended with a trip to the cinema to see The Greatest Showman. What a blooming great month.
There’s a bit of a theme to this month and in all truth it is one I want to repeat again in February. Family, surrounding myself with two of the most important people in my life, enjoying the simple pleasures and not taking this time we have together for granted. Family really is the best place to be. And so here are
a few a lot of photo’s from our month…
