Despite getting ready for our little family holiday to Spain, the back to school countdown has begun. And whilst we still have two week’s left, which for the most part will be spent on the beach (I’m not trying to make you jealous I promise), we simply cannot put off the long list of bits and bobs that we need to pick. I wouldn’t usually be as prepared as I am but with not returning home from our holiday (there is that word again) until two days before the school year begins I have given myself a kick up the bum and currently have most things ticked off the list.

I love this back to school checklist over on the Kickers Blog. They are certainly doing their best to help mums and dads through the stressful back to school season with their amazing range of kids school shoes and as seasoned shoppers of Kickers shoes we can highly recommend them. I remember his first pair of kickers for school two years ago, he loved the red and green tags and spots on the heel – they are just so iconic.

I know that for some parents the price of Kickers may be a little out of budget however for me they are a great investment, hard wearing and stand the test of time. We have only ever needed to buy the one pair which have lasted the whole school year. And with not being at the stage yet where we have attempted to tie shoe laces I love that there is still so much choice in both lace ups and Velcro even as the sizes go up the scale.

We were kindly given these Kickers as part of their back to school campaign – Kickers have an amazing choice of shoes for little (and big) feet. These Racer kickers are part of their Back to School range – I think Lil G will be the coolest kid in the class with his kickers.

    • Thank you honey. He looks so grown up at the minute, can’t help but think he’s going to be in high school soon. Hope the twins settle in well x

  1. He looks absolutely adorable in his uniform. I love uniforms I always wish we had them growing up in school. I love seeing my two in them. They always so grown up too. Beyond their ages as does Lil G here too babes. He is going to break hearts in school. #wrc

  2. Oh gosh, I remember being desperate for Kickers back in the 90s, but my mum would never buy them for me, boo!
These look like fantastic school shoes, and George really suits them. xx
